Other Ways to book an appointment;

1. Ask your clinician for a referral letter.
YHS accepts referrals from Consultants, GPs, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors.
Referring clinicians and download a referral form or use our e-referral system.

2. Call 0345 0950245 or complete a referral form to arrange an appointment.
YHS appointment centre staff will discuss your requirements and arrange the most suitable time and location for you.

3. Attend for your Imaging Examination.
Locations are available across Yorkshire and can be arranged to suit you.

4. Visit your referring clinician to discuss the results.
The YHS Radiologist report will be delivered rapidly to your referrer with the ability to electronically transfer your images to other institutions (eg Hospitals) if further treatment is required.
